I help people find their essential soul voice and learn to act from their integrity so that they feel that the life they inhabit is the life they intend.

Is it getting harder and harder to play the roles that somewhere along the way you seem to have agreed to? Are you afraid if you act from your soul (that quiet deep internal knowing) it will all come crashing down? I’ll show you how to access your internal voice, give you tools, and lay out tiny steps to begin to follow and devote yourself to the part of you that is aligned in truth.

I know what it feels like to look around and realize I am thinking one thing, saying something different and behaving in another way.  Why?  Simply put, I made a long series of decisions based on the socialized voice inside, the chameleon who knows what will be praised by others rather than listening to the wisdom being provided by the quiet internal voice that knows what truly feels right for me.  When things feel like they rub, like they don’t quite fit, when it gets harder and harder to turn on that computer for work, to drive that commute, to repeat that argument, to explain to your child why things are this way when you know what you are telling them is the same socialization you wish had not been imparted on you, that’s where we focus our attention to change. That discomfort is calling out a signal to alert us that change needs to happen.  Let’s look at it full on together, explore with curiosity and compassion, and create a different way of being in the world.

I began to have more and more trouble sitting down to do my work in my tech world career.  I began to get very clear that my soul voice was shining a light on a deep desire to feel like I was in alignment—for me, that yearning for alignment meant that I wanted my thoughts, feelings, words, behaviors and ultimately circumstances to all match up.  I wanted a feeling of wholeness, of integrity and transparency.  I wanted so much clarity that what I say and do and believe are all aligned, within my integrity, nothing being softened or falsified or tweaked to meet the expectations of others.  This takes a practice of awareness, intention and ultimately courage!  A guide can do wonders in helping you spot these places in yourself and courageously find a way forward toward change.
